Job summary

Worksoft Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to lead complex technical sales cycles, tailor demonstrations, and translate business requirements into effective Worksoft solutions for enterprise customers and partners.

You will engage from discovery through close, build strong relationships, and collaborate with product teams. The role offers remote US flexibility, a strong compensation package, and opportunities to influence ERP testing strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software solutions.
Proven revenue achievement in complex B2B software sales (>$500k ACV).
Strong presentation and demonstration skills across varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discoveries and deliver compelling demos to business and technical audiences up to C-level.
Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners, articulating value and strategy.
Build and maintain strategic technical relationships within customer and partner ecosystems.
Communicate product information, strategy, and competitive positioning clearly.
Develop deep expertise in Worksoft products and map customer requirements to solutions.
Transition information from sales to implementation with effective handoffs.
Support deal strategy and contribute to revenue through technical excellence.
