Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to translate workforce challenges into tailored LearnVantage solutions across learning, technology, and AI skilling. You will collaborate with Account Executives to uncover client needs and deliver executive-ready demonstrations that highlight measurable business outcomes.

You will lead discovery, craft compelling narratives, and advance opportunities through complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience presenting to executives at large enterprises (1,000+ employees).
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and workforce challenges.
• Develop and deliver tailored solution narratives, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Partner with Account Executives on opportunity strategy, stakeholder engagement, and pursuit planning.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem and articulate measurable business outcomes such as AI readiness and skill development.
• Engage with SMEs to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Travel may be required (0–20%).
