Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to translate workforce and technology challenges into compelling LearnVantage use cases. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in presales or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees).
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive-level engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to discovery with client stakeholders to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Develop tailored LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, and services.
• Deliver solution narratives and executive presentations tailored to industry and workforce needs.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystems to demonstrate measurable business value and outcomes.
• Engage with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to pursue opportunities.
