Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to shape complex enterprise opportunities by blending business insight with technical fluency. You will lead discovery, craft tailored solution narratives, and deliver executive demos that connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing roles.
Experience presenting to executive audiences at enterprise scale (1,000+ employees).
Proven success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with stakeholders to translate challenges into LearnVantage use cases.
Develop tailored solution narratives, demos, and executive presentations.
Partner with Account Executives on strategy, competitive positioning, and pursuits.
Maintain knowledge of LearnVantage portfolio and enterprise learning ecosystem.
Engage SMEs for deeper validation while preserving the overall client narrative.
