Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a high-impact Senior Sales Engineer who blends business acumen, technical fluency, and compelling storytelling to shape complex enterprise opportunities across learning, technology, and AI skilling.

You will partner with Account Executives, translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solutions, deliver demonstrations, and articulate measurable business value to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, skill gaps, and desired outcomes.
• Translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solution approaches that blend platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives, demonstrations, and executive presentations tailored to the client’s industry, workforce, and transformation priorities.
• Position the LearnVantage ecosystem across digital learning, instructor-led training, AI skilling, and related services.
• Assess solution fit by identifying requirements and dependencies, and escalate for deeper validation with subject matter experts.
• Understand the client’s learning and talent ecosystem to inform solution positioning and dependencies.
