Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive presales across the LearnVantage portfolio. You will partner with account executives to discover client priorities, translate workforce transformation needs into compelling solution narratives, and deliver tailored demonstrations for executive audiences.

You will work across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, and AI domains, leading complex opportunities and contributing to strategic pursuits while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in presales or solutions engineering or equivalent client-facing role.
2+ years presenting to enterprise audiences (1,000+ employees).
Experience supporting sales opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.
Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand priorities and transformation initiatives.
Translate needs into LearnVantage solution approaches with platforms, content, and services.
Deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations; articulate business value.
