Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to blend business acumen with technical fluency, shaping complex enterprise opportunities. You will craft tailored demonstrations, engage senior stakeholders, and articulate differentiated value across learning, technology, and AI skilling to drive transformational outcomes.

You will partner with Account Executives, translate challenges into practical solution narratives, and maintain knowledge of the LearnVantage portfolio to win

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting solutions to executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 2+ years of client discovery, solution demonstrations, and translating requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if Associate degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand priorities, skills gaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches with platforms, content, and services.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem across learning, technology, and AI skilling.
• Assess solution fit by identifying requirements and dependencies; escalate to SMEs when needed.
• Understand client LMS/LXP/HRIS environments to inform solution positioning and dependencies.
• Connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable workforce outcomes and ROI.
• Partner with Account Executives during complex sales cycles on strategy and pursuit planning.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs/RFIs and competitive evaluations.
