Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to shape complex enterprise opportunities by blending business acumen with technical fluency and storytelling. You will connect learning solutions to client outcomes and collaborate across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, Data, and AI leadership.

You will lead discovery, translate needs into tailored solution approaches, and develop compelling demonstrations and executive presentations to advance opportunities through the sales

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and learning needs.
• Translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solution approaches incorporating platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives and executive presentations tailored to industry and workforce priorities.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem breadth across digital learning, instructor-led training, technology and AI skilling, and related services.
• Assess solution fit by identifying key requirements and dependencies for validation by subject matter experts.
• Understand client learning ecosystems (LMS, LXP, HRIS/HCM, identity, reporting) to inform solution positioning.
• Connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable workforce and business outcomes such as AI readiness and time-to-proficiency.
• Develop value hypotheses and business cases showing expected ROI of LearnVantage investments.
• Partner with Account Executives through complex sales cycles on strategy and pursuit planning.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and competitive evaluations to support opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of LearnVantage portfolio, market trends in AI skilling and workforce transformation.
