Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to help clients understand how LearnVantage addresses workforce, technology-skilling, and transformation priorities. You will partner with Account Executives, lead discovery, and translate needs into tailored solution approaches with compelling demonstrations.

You will deliver executive presentations and connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable workforce and business outcomes across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, Data, and AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or an equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, competitive evaluations, and executive-level engagement.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience conducting client discovery, solution demonstrations, and translating business requirements into solution recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, skill gaps, transformation initiatives, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
• Translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solution approaches that bring together platforms, content, learning experiences, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives, demonstrations, and executive presentations tailored to industry and workforce priorities.
• Position the breadth of the LearnVantage ecosystem, including digital learning, instructor-led training, technology skilling, hands-on experiences, certifications, and services.
• Assess solution fit by identifying key business, functional, and technology requirements and dependencies.
