Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to help clients understand how LearnVantage can address workforce, technology‑skilling, and transformation priorities.

Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, translate needs into tailored solution approaches, develop demonstrations, and deliver executive presentations that connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable outcomes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise level (1,000+ employees).
• Experience supporting sales opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.
• Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years conducting client discovery, solution demonstrations, and translating requirements into recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand priorities, workforce challenges, and outcomes.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations for various industries.
• Position LearnVantage portfolio across learning, technology, and AI skilling to drive client value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity strategy and pursuit planning.
• Engage SMEs for deeper feasibility validation while maintaining overall client narrative.
