Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive discovery and presales engagements for large-scale learning transformations. You will translate workforce challenges into compelling LearnVantage solutions, deliver executive-ready demonstrations, and partner with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles.

You will work across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, Data, and business leadership to connect LearnVantage capabilities with measurable workforce outcomes,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise scale.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to understand business priorities and transformation goals.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem across platforms, content, experiences, and services.
• Engage subject matter experts for deeper feasibility validation as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle on strategy and pursuit planning.
