Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive presales activities, translate business challenges into compelling workforce solutions, and deliver executive-ready demonstrations for enterprise clients.

You will partner with Account Executives across Learning, HR, and Technology domains, shaping opportunities from discovery through proposal while maintaining a strategic client narrative. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or an equivalent client-facing role.
2+ years of experience presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations.
Experience supporting sales opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery to understand business priorities and transformation needs.
Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, and services.
Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
Partner with Account Executives on complex sales cycles and competitive evaluations.
Engage SMEs to validate feasibility and ensure aligned client outcomes.
