Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to fuse business insight with technical fluency and storytelling, shaping enterprise opportunities across learning, technology, and AI skilling. You will partner with Account Executives, lead discovery, translate needs into tailored solutions, deliver compelling demos, and guide complex sales cycles with executive audiences.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or an equivalent client-facing role.
Minimum 2+ years of experience presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives.
Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches with platforms, content, and services.
Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations for industries, workforce needs, and transformation priorities.
Position LearnVantage ecosystem across learning, technology, AI skilling, and services to drive client value.
Engage with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles and support opportunity strategy and pursuit planning.
