Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team. You will drive revenue through innovative technical programs and daily account activities, evangelizing Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to customers.
You will lead technical sales calls, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with executives to align technology solutions with business needs.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales engineering experience in software or data center environments.
- Strong hands-on, can-do attitude with high energy and drive.
- Broad technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with work ethic and resourcefulness.
- Capable of handling multiple demos and calls with prompt follow-up.
- Experience working with CxO-level personnel to demonstrate technology solutions.
Aufgaben
- Provide technical leadership to customers and internal staff for integrated solutions in pre-sales.
- Assist in design and development of integrated technology solutions.
- Demonstrate subject-matter expertise on Rubrik’s products and storage offerings in the SAN space.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor and internal resource on technical issues and applications.
- Lead technical sales calls and present to customer technical staff and senior management.
- Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
- Qualify sales opportunities based on customer requirements, competition, decisions, and funding.
