Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team, driving Rubrik’s cyber resilience solutions across a broad customer base. You will evangelize, position, and architect Rubrik’s offerings to meet customer needs and regional goals.

You will engage with customers for technical leadership, develop solutions, and support pre-sales activities, bridging technical and business requirements with the sales team. This is a high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of sales engineering experience preferably in software or data center environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Breadth of technical knowledge across Rubrik's cyber resilience, observability, and remediation offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership to customers and internal staff for pre-sales engagements.
• Demonstrates Rubrik products and architectures to stakeholders.
• Acts as technical expert to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Leads technical sales calls and qualifying opportunities based on technical and business criteria.
• Builds relationships with account teams, partners, and customers.
