Rubrik is seeking Sales Engineers to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team. You will drive Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools, evangelize and architect solutions for a list of new and existing customers in the UKI region, while supporting regional revenue goals.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of sales engineering experience in software or data center environments.
• Driven – high energy with a strong hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Broad technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong work ethic and resourcefulness.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting with multiple calls/demos per day and prompt follow-up.
• Strong business acumen with experience engaging CxO level personnel to deliver technology solutions.
• Smart, adaptable and open-minded.

• Provides technical leadership to customers and internal staff in pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
• Assists in analysis, design and development of integrated technology solutions.
• Demonstrates SME on Rubrik’s products, distributed architectures, file systems, and storage offerings in the SAN space.
• Acts as technical expert to develop solutions meeting customer tech and business requirements.
• Makes technical and sales presentations to customer staff and senior management.
• Serves as trusted tech advisor to customers and internal resource on issues or business apps.
• Builds relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
