Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team. You will drive Rubrik’s Cyber Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools to new and existing customers in the UKI region, evangelizing and architecting effective data protection solutions.

You will lead technical sales calls, qualify opportunities, and partner with the account team to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of sales engineering experience preferably in a software or data center environment.
• Strong hands-on, can-do approach with high energy and drive.
• Breadth of knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and demos in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with CxO level personnel to deliver technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership to customers and internal staff during pre-sales activities.
• Analyzes, designs, and develops integrated technology solutions.
• Demonstrates expertise on Rubrik products, distributed architectures, and storage offerings.
• Develops and proposes solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Delivers technical and sales presentations to technical staff and senior management.
• Acts as trusted advisor to customers and internal resources on technical issues.
