Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge business goals with technical solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery, translate needs into LearnVantage approaches, and craft executive-ready demonstrations that connect workforce transformation to measurable outcomes.

You will work with account executives to drive complex opportunities, present to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with SMEs on architectural fit across LMS/LXP, HRIS, and security

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting to enterprise audiences of 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting opportunities valued at $100K+ annually.
• Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 2+ years translating client requirements into solution recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years) work experience.

• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives and executive presentations.
• Position the LearnVantage ecosystem across platforms, content, experiences and services.
• Assess solution fit by identifying key requirements and validation needs.
• Understand LMS/LXP, HRIS/HCM, identity, reporting and related technologies.
• Translate client feedback into actionable input for internal teams.
