Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for Major Accounts to architect and present AI-driven security solutions. This remote Missouri-based role reports to the Americas Sales Engineering Manager and focuses on resolving critical customer pain points and advancing the technical sales cycle.

You will lead Proof of Value, collaborate with internal teams, and act as the AI advisor to customers, aligning secure outcomes with business goals and enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to guide customers through AI change management and mapping workflows to AI systems.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator.
• Knowledge of network security technologies is required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the technical sales process from initial engagement to close.
• Running Proof of Value from start to finish as the technical expert.
• Collaborating with and supporting internal Zscaler teams.
