Job summary

DEUNA is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge complex technical architecture and strategic business value. You will partner with E-commerce, Financial, and Product executives to demonstrate how agentic intelligence solves data silos and reduces costs.

In this remote-capable role, you’ll lead technical demos, quantify ROI, conduct deep discovery, and tailor POCs to merchant KPIs, while guiding cross-functional teams through the sales pipeline and influencing product direction with frontline

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales in SaaS and Payments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Deep API and SFTP integration knowledge with no-code PSPs and acquirers.
• Experience selling to large-scale global enterprise clients.
• Strong ROI/value-based selling and business-case development.

Responsibilities

• Own technical demos and translate agentic intelligence for executives.
• Quantify ROI and identify costs of data cleaning vs AI optimization.
• Conduct deep technical discovery to uncover business pain points.
• Create bespoke presentations and POCs aligned with KPIs.
• Manage the technical stages of the sales pipeline and cross-functional requirements.
• Serve as Voice of the Customer between field and Product to influence multi-agent systems.
