Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives, driving technical strategy across the full sales cycle. You will sc ope integrations, answer architecture questions, and build demos/POCs to advance deals. This is a technical sales role, not an engineering post.

You will independently configure and debug systems, engage with CTOs on integration complexity, and rely on strong interpersonal skills to earn trust with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales engineer/solutions engineer or technical consultant role, fintech or SaaS preferred.
• Ability to design solutions, scopes, and provide credible technical guidance in complex deals.
• Experience configuring and presenting product demos and proofs-of-concept.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs to drive technical strategy across the full sales cycle.
• Lead solution design, demos, and POC work to move deals forward.
• Be the primary technical escalation for complex opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility on the tech stack and product suite to internal and external stakeholders.
