Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to drive presales for enterprise workforce and AI skilling solutions. You will discover client priorities, craft compelling solution narratives, and deliver tailored demos that connect LearnVantage capabilities to measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Account Executives through complex sales cycles, address security and data considerations, and contribute to strategic pursuits across Learning & HR/Technology domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in presales or equivalent client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into tailored LearnVantage solutions.
• Experience presenting to enterprise audiences and executives is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and translate challenges into LearnVantage value.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem to address client workforce and transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles.
• Lead or contribute to RFPs and competitive evaluations.
• Maintain knowledge of LearnVantage portfolio and market trends.
• Assess platform fit and identify areas needing SMEs for deeper validation.
