Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to guide client conversations, translate workforce challenges into tailored solution approaches, and deliver compelling demonstrations across learning, technology, and AI skilling domains. You will partner with Account Executives to advance complex opportunities and position LearnVantage as a strategic workforce reinvention partner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or an equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience presenting solutions to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, competitive evaluations, and executive-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, skill gaps, transformation initiatives, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
• Translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solution approaches that bring together platforms, content, learning experiences, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution narratives, demonstrations, and executive presentations tailored to each client’s industry, workforce, and transformation priorities.
• Position the breadth of the LearnVantage ecosystem, including digital learning, instructor-led training, technology and AI skilling, hands-on experiences, certifications, skills development, platforms, and related services.
• Assess platform and solution fit by identifying key functional, technical, integration, data, and security requirements, and determine where deeper feasibility validation by SMEs is needed.
