Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive to attach AI-driven learning solutions to large transformation programs. You will co-sell with Accenture's Diamond Account teams, engage senior leaders, and build executive relationships to position LearnVantage as a long-term workforce reinvention partner.

You will develop pipelines in existing accounts and greenfield opportunities, close net-new logos, and demonstrate ROI through outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in business development, account management, or sales leadership in tech or professional services.
• Proven track record of closing $500K+ ARR net-new business.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accenture Diamond Account teams to attach LearnVantage offerings to large-scale programs.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within active pursuits and NEW logos.
• Develop pipeline in existing accounts and greenfield opportunities.
• Conduct executive-level discovery with CIOs/CHROs/CDOs/CEOs.
• Close net-new logos and exceed bookings targets.
• Craft ROI narratives showing upskilling impact for clients.
