Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in California to guide presales and translate workforce transformation needs into tailored LearnVantage solutions. You will partner with Account Executives, deliver compelling demonstrations, and articulate measurable business outcomes across Learning & Development, HR, Tech, and AI domains.

You will lead discovery, craft differentiated solution narratives, and collaborate with SMEs to validate feasibility while advancing complex opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities or client engagements valued at $100K+ annually.
• Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content and services.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations for client industries.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem to showcase outcomes across learning, technology, and business goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles and contribute to strategic pursuits.
