Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the presales organization, translating workforce challenges into tailored LearnVantage solutions. You will lead client discovery, develop demonstrations, and present differentiated business value, partnering closely with Account Executives to advance complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing roles.
• Experience translating business/workforce challenges into solution approaches.
• Ability to develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Translate needs into LearnVantage solution approaches with platforms, content, and services.
• Develop and deliver compelling narratives and executive presentations tailored to industry and client needs.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem breadth to client value including learning, AI, and skilling offerings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles and assist with RFPs/RFIs.
