Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive presales, discovery, and tailored demonstrations for large enterprise clients. You will translate business challenges into compelling LearnVantage solutions and work closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities.

You will engage across Learning & Development, HR, Technology, Data, and AI, delivering executive-ready narratives and demonstrations while coordinating with SMEs for deeper validation when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
• Minimum 2+ years presenting to technical and executive audiences at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and translate needs into tailored LearnVantage solutions.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Articulate differentiated business value and guide complex opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Engage SMEs for deeper validation while maintaining overall client solution narrative.
