Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge business needs with technology solutions. You will partner with Account Executives to discovery client priorities and translate them into compelling LearnVantage demonstrations and tailored roadmaps.

The role requires strong consultative selling, executive communication, and the ability to position a broad portfolio of platforms, content, and services to drive workforce transformation for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in presales or solutions engineering.
• 2+ years presenting to C-suite executives.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales valued at $100K+ annually.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Translate client needs into LearnVantage solution approaches with platforms, content, and services.
• Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations for diverse industries.
• Position LearnVantage ecosystem across learning, technology, data, and HR domains.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive opportunity strategy and pursuit planning.
• Support RFPs/RFIs and competitive evaluations when required.
