Invoca is hiring for a Sales Engineering oriented role in the United States. You will partner with Account Executives, craft proofs of concept, and lead high-stakes technical reviews with customer leadership to prove value before contracts are signed.

Post-sale, you will own onboarding, configuration, and ensure the solution works for the customer in the first 90 days. The team emphasizes reusable tooling and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering in SaaS.
• Ability to translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders in real time.
• Strong business sense to turn architecture into a value story.
• Clear communication across executives, engineers, and product teams.
• Proactive, self-driven with documentation and reusable tooling mindset.
• Genuine interest in customer problems and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on strategic, high-value accounts, joining calls and handling technical discovery.
• Build working proofs of concept against a prospect's systems and data to prove value before contracts.
• Lead technical reviews with CTOs and Security Officers, defending scalability and security.
• Own post-sale technical onboarding, configuration, and first 90 days of operation.
• Create reusable tools and templates to accelerate future deals and onboardings.
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to guide roadmaps based on field signals.
