Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles with measurable impact in production environments.

• Experience building systems, tools, or practices that improve speed, quality, or safety.

• Own end-to-end accountability for a critical stage of Invoca's engineering lifecycle in your domain.
• Define what great looks like in your domain and set the bar accordingly.
• Identify where AI and agentic workflows can improve your domain and pilot safe adoption.
