Job summary

Invoca seeks a senior Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives on strategic deals, delivering technical discovery and complex integrations that prove real value. You will build PoCs against live customer data to show ROI before签署 contracts, and defend the solution's scalability and security in high-stakes reviews.

You will own post-sale technical onboarding, create reusable tools to accelerate future deals, and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders in real time.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Account Executives on strategic, high-value accounts; join calls, run technical discovery, and navigate complex integration and security reviews.
• Build working proofs of concept against a prospect's actual systems and data to prove value before contracts are signed.
• Lead technical reviews with customer CTOs and Security Officers, defending scalability, data integrity, and security of your proposed solution.
• Own post-sale technical onboarding for key accounts - implementation, custom configuration, and the first 90 days.
