Job summary

Invoca is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive strategic deals by joining calls, performing technical discovery, and navigating complex integrations. You will build working proofs of concept against a prospect's actual systems to prove value before signing contracts.

As the lead technical voice, you will defend scalability, data integrity, and security in high-stakes reviews with CTOs and Security Officers, and you’ll own post-sale onboarding to ensure the solution actually works for

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communication skills to explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate technical architecture into a business value story.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives on strategic accounts, join calls, run technical discovery, and review integration/security.
Build proofs of concept against prospect systems and data to prove value before contracts.
Lead technical voice in reviews with CTOs and Security Officers establishing scalability and data integrity.
