Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales engagements, delivering tailored technical solutions and acting as a trusted advisor across security, data protection, and cloud technologies.

You will partner with Account Executives to drive new opportunities, support end-to-end execution, and develop credibility with customers and partners while expanding your account-level technical strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience technologies.
Strong communication and ability to translate architecture into business value.

Responsibilities

Drive opportunities by articulating Cohesity's Data Cloud portfolio to business and technical audiences.
Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle including demos and proofs of concept.
Collaborate with Account Executive on enterprise opportunities and deal progression.
Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into production environments and respond to technical requests.
Lead product demos, workshops, white papers, and evaluations.
Identify customer requirements and shape proofs of concept emphasizing cyber resilience and data security.
Assist with competitive displacement conversations and position Cohesity effectively.
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to relay feedback.
