Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to back enterprise sales initiatives for its modern data security and management platform. You will partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities, deliver tailored technical solutions, and engage stakeholders across security, data protection, and cloud domains.

The role emphasizes technical execution, collaboration, and ownership of account-level technical strategy, with guidance from senior SEs and leadership. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for infrastructure, data protection, security, or cloud platforms in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience tech across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of data security concepts including ransomware resilience and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Cohesity''s Data Cloud portfolio to business and technical audiences.
• Provide expert technical support through the sales cycle, including demos and proofs of concept.
• Support enterprise opportunities with Account Executives and contribute to deal strategy.
