Cohesity is seeking a driven Sr. Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales with a focus on data security, backup, and cyber resilience.

You'll partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored technical solutions and support opportunity execution from discovery to proofs of concept. Applicants should bring pre-sales experience in security, data protection, and cloud platforms, with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex architectures into business value.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with backup, data protection, and cyber resilience technologies.
• Strong communication to translate architecture into business value.
• English fluency in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Cohesity’s Data Cloud portfolio to executives and technical buyers.
• Provide expert technical support across the sales cycle: discovery, design, demos, proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and win plans.
• Help customers integrate Cohesity into existing production environments.
• Lead technical engagements: workshops, white papers, proposals, and evaluations.
• Identify customer requirements and risk areas for proofs of concept.
