Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Sales Engineer to architect and maintain the end-to-end demo ecosystem, building scalable prototypes and dashboards that translate complex AI processes into intuitive visuals for business stakeholders.

You will lead technical strategy, collaborate with Product and Engineering on AI readiness, and ensure governance and safety in AI-generated demo content, with a focus on scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering in a SaaS environment.
• Nice-to-have: Full-Stack Engineering DNA with UI and database design.
• Generative AI experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Responsibilities

• Architect the demo ecosystem by designing and maintaining the Gold Standard demo environment, including architecture, databases, and APIs.
• Build functional UIs and dashboards to visualize AI processes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Create modular demo assets and click-to-deploy sandboxes for various industry verticals.
• Automate data flows between marketing touchpoints and sales outcomes using tools like Gumloop, Zapier, or Workato.
