Job summary

Race Telecommunications, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and continuously improve the company’s sales training infrastructure across inside sales and D2D channels.

You will lead onboarding, manage the LMS (Articulate 360), and build scalable training frameworks. With cross‑functional partnership across Sales Leadership, Operations, and contractor teams, you will design targeted programs, coach frontline leaders, and measure impact on onboarding and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• A valid driver’s license, subject to DMV verification.
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites and maintain a flexible schedule.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles.
• Experience supporting both inside and outside sales environments, including contractor teams.
• Experience owning and improving training programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of sales training programs.
• Identify performance gaps across sales channels and develop scalable training solutions.
• Align training initiatives with campaigns and go‑to‑market priorities.
• Track, measure, and report training effectiveness and business impact.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for consistent execution across sales channels.
• Maintain centralized storage and reporting of training records and completion data.
