Job summary

Race is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and continuously improve the company’s sales training infrastructure across inside sales and D2D channels. You will manage onboarding, optimize the LMS (Articulate 360), and scale train‑the‑trainer models for internal and contractor teams.

You will coach frontline sales and leadership, align training with campaigns, and drive measurable improvements in onboarding, performance, and customer experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum age 18
• Associate degree preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver#39;s license
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites and flexible schedule
• 3–5 years in sales training or enablement roles
• Experience with inside sales and field/D2D environments
• Experience with Salesforce and LMS platforms
• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, management, and continuous improvement of sales training programs
• Design onboarding programs and structured training for multiple sales channels
• Deliver blended learning including classroom, virtual, and hands-on field training
• Coach and develop sales managers and contractors in field settings
• Track training effectiveness and business impact with measurable KPIs
• Travel to regional markets to support launches and coaching
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to align training with campaigns and priorities
• Maintain centralized training records and ensure compliance and reporting
