Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and optimize our sales training ecosystem. You will manage onboarding, programs, and the LMS (Articulate 360), while coaching inside and field sales teams, including contractors.

The role requires travel 25–50% and remote work from California, supporting multiple teams and driving performance. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Training to ensure KPI-driven outcomes, scalable processes, and consistent

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• Minimum age 18.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in sales, training, enablement, or coaching roles with program ownership.
• Experience with inside sales and field/D2D, including contractor teams.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS (Articulate 360 preferred), and data/reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and ongoing management of sales training programs.
• Design and implement onboarding, skills development, and advanced selling techniques.
• Deliver blended onboarding for inside, field (D2D), and contractor teams; coach frontline leaders.
• Coordinate training content with campaigns and go-to-market priorities; measure impact.
• Lead program ownership across regions; maintain training records and documentation.
• Travel to regional markets to support launches and provide in-field coaching.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment.
