Job summary

Race Communications in California is seeking a Sales Training Program Specialist to build and scale our sales training framework across inside and door-to-door channels, including contractor teams. Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV verification.
• 25%-50% travel with occasional overnight travel.
• Home office in California suitable for remote work.
• 3-5 years in sales training, enablement, or coaching with program development.
• Experience with Salesforce, LMS, and data reporting dashboards.
• Proficient English communication; Spanish desirable.
