Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and continuously improve our sales training infrastructure across inside, field, and contractor teams. You will manage onboarding, optimize the LMS (Articulate 360), and scale train-the-trainer models while partnering with Sales Leadership, Operations, and contractor teams.

The role emphasizes coaching frontline teams, aligning training with campaigns, and delivering measurable improvements in sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales training, enablement, or coaching with program ownership.
• Experience supporting both inside and field sales including contractor teams.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and LMS platforms (Articulate 360 preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of sales training programs aligned with business goals.
• Identify performance gaps and develop scalable training solutions for inside, field, and contractor teams.
• Design onboarding, skills development, and advanced selling curricula.
• Facilitate ongoing coaching and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to guide program adjustments and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment.
