Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own the end-to-end sales training infrastructure, including onboarding, LMS (Articulate 360) management, and scalable frameworks for internal and contractor teams. The role drives onboarding effectiveness, sales readiness, and consistent execution across markets while collaborating with Sales Leadership and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales training or enablement, strong public speaking skills, and experience

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum age 18 years
• Associate degree (A.A.) preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with DMV check
• Willingness to travel 25%-50%, including overnights
• 3–5 years in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching with training ownership
• Experience with inside and outside sales training, including contractor teams
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience with Salesforce, LMS (Articulate 360 preferred) and data/reporting dashboards
• English communication proficiency; bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of sales training programs across inside, D2D, and contractor channels
• Identify performance gaps and develop scalable training solutions
• Align training initiatives with sales campaigns and go-to-market priorities
• Track, measure, and report training effectiveness and business impact
• Maintain centralized training records and documentation for reliable reporting
• Design and deliver onboarding, skills development, and advanced selling training
• Facilitate ongoing workshops, coaching, and train-the-trainer programs
• Provide field coaching and adapt training support to local markets
