Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Manager to own and optimize the company\'s sales training ecosystem. You will manage onboarding, develop scalable training frameworks, and coach frontline teams across inside sales and door-to-door channels.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and contractor partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer experience. Remote work with travel required in California and beyond.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US employment without sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license and DMV verification.
• Ability to travel regionally and across sites as needed.
• 3–5 years in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles.
• Experience with both inside sales and field/door-to-door environments.
• Ability to own, manage, and improve training programs in a fast-growth setting.
• Strong public speaking, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating onboarding and instructional materials.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS (Articulate 360 preferred), and data dashboards.
• Analytical skills to translate data into training improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in telecom or high-growth industries preferred.
• English communication strong; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and ongoing management of sales training programs.
• Develop onboarding programs and scalable training solutions across channels.
• Design structured training content for inside sales, field, and contractor teams.
• Deliver and coach training sessions; monitor effectiveness and outcomes.
• Maintain centralized training records and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to align training with campaigns.
• Travel to regional markets to support launch and field coaching.
• Evaluate training impact and adapt programs based on performance data.
