Job summary

AcuityMD, Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build and scale our GTM enablement function.

You will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for our sales organization, focusing on improving ramp time, quota attainment, and customer retention. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maintain compelling training curricula, and you will own KPI reporting to measure the impact of enablement programs on sales productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement for Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of SPIN Selling and Challenger Sale.
• Experience implementing an enablement platform or LMS (e.g., Showpad).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a broad range of sales training programs.
• Collaborate with GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, PS) and Product.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to identify performance gaps for training.
• Own enablement program outcomes, incl. certification, and report KPIs.
