Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director, OEM & Defense Primes, to lead a high-performing team selling design-win revenue across defense primes and UAS/UAV platforms. You will own targets, manage the full B2B sales lifecycle, and collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to embed our MANET radios in partner platforms.

Travel up to 50%, remote work eligible depending on location, and a competitive compensation package with base salary plus commission. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive sales leadership experience in unmanned systems, tactical, or defense/public safety tech.
• 5+ years in senior sales management or director-level roles with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; monitor performance and conduct regular coaching.
• Drive pipeline velocity with CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
