Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performing team across North America. You will drive design-win revenue, manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, and secure master agreements with defense primes and system integrators.

The role requires deep domain expertise in RF/MANET, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% while working with cross-functional teams to install baseline solutions in partner platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense sectors.
Deep understanding of procurement processes in Federal/State & Local markets.
5+ years in a senior sales management role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
U.S. Citizen; background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

Own annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for OEM/Defense Primes in North America.
Onboard new hires, lead meetings, and train the sales team; monitor performance.
Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting for all deals.
Collaborate with Silvus engineering, product, marketing, and business development.
Recruit, interview, and hire to maintain high-performing field sales teams.
Resolve complex customer issues and close major deals.
Translate company goals into actionable daily tasks for the sales reps.
Travel up to 50% for site visits, field demos, briefings, and trade shows.
