Motorola Solutions through Silvus Technologies seeks a Senior Sales Director, OEM & Defense Primes. Lead a high-performance team driving B2B design-win revenue with defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV systems, and integrators.

Oversee the full sales lifecycle from technical evaluation to MSAs and production orders, with up to 50% travel. This role focuses on embedding our MANET radios as baseline technology in partner platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years sales leadership in unmanned systems or defense/public safety tech.
• Deep understanding of Federal/State & Local procurement workflows.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with multi-million-dollar quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes across North America.
• Lead and develop the sales team; conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM accuracy, and forecasting for all deals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development.
• Source, interview, and hire to maintain a high-performing team.
• Represent the company in negotiations and major deals; manage escalations.
