Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes to lead a high-performance sales team. The role focuses on driving design-win revenue with defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV systems, and C-UAS platforms across North America.

The candidate will manage the full B2B sales lifecycle from technical evaluation through MSAs and production orders, with up to 50% travel. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related technical field.
• Leadership: 5+ years in senior sales management or director-level role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for OEM and Defense Primes in North America.
• Lead a sales team; onboard new hires and provide continuous training.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting for all deals.
