Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead OEM and defense primes revenue across North America. You will own annual targets, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive design-win opportunities with defense primes, UAS/UGV platforms, and system integrators.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of successful sales leadership experience in unmanned systems, tactical or public safety communications, C4ISR, electronic warfare, or defense/public safety technology.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, budget cycles, and operational frameworks across Federal Markets and/or State & Local.
• 5+ years in a senior sales management or director-level role with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Aufgaben

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets and long-term production forecasts for the OEM and Defense Primes vertical across North America.
• Lead onboarding, meetings, and training of the sales team; perform regular 1-on-1s.
• Drive pipeline velocity, CRM tracking, and accurate forecasting for all deals in the vertical.
• Collaborate with Silvus engineering, product development, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top-tier sales talent; manage territory coverage.
• Travel up to 50% for customer site visits, field demonstrations, and major trade shows.
