Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Senior Sales Director for OEM & Defense Primes. You will lead a high-performing team driving B2B design-win revenue with defense primes, UAS/UGV/USV sectors, and system integrators. Expect up to 50% travel and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.

The role emphasizes establishing the MANET radios as baseline in partners' platforms, managing the full sales lifecycle from technical evals to MSAs and high-volume orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years in sales leadership in unmanned/defense sectors.
• 5+ years in senior sales management or director-level roles with multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to U.S. government contracts.
• Travel up to 50% for customer sites, field demos, and trade shows.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for the OEM/Defense Primes vertical across North America.
• Lead, onboard, and develop the sales team; monitor performance and coaching.
• Drive pipeline velocity with rigorous CRM tracking and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and business development to grow the business.
• Source, interview, and hire top sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
